Pricing questions.
Why do you start with a pilot? Signal quality and ICP fit should be validated before scaling spend. A 45-day pilot gives both sides real market data — who responds, which signals convert, what messaging lands — before committing to a full engagement.
Is there a long-term contract? No long-term commitment on first engagement. We prefer earning continuation through results, not locking clients in through contracts. Cancel after the pilot if it's not working.
What happens if we don't see qualified pipeline? The performance guarantee applies. Fewer than 3 qualified conversations in 45 days triggers a 2-week extension plus a full signal model refresh at no charge. We diagnose what broke and adjust before restarting.
Which tier is right for us? Pulse if you want signal intelligence only. Engage if you want done-for-you outbound execution. Accelerate if you want the full system plus authority content that compounds. Most companies start with Engage.
Can we start with Pulse and upgrade later? Yes. Many teams validate signal quality and ICP fit first, then activate outbound after confidence increases. Pulse output feeds directly into Engage — no duplication of work when you expand.
Do you offer custom enterprise engagements? Yes — for enterprise GTM, Japan expansion, strategic outbound systems, and executive positioning. Scoped separately. Every engagement is tied to a specific GTM constraint, not generic consulting.
Are tools and infrastructure included? HelixScale provides the signal system and execution layer. Some external tools — email infrastructure, LinkedIn — are client-owned to protect domain health. We specify what's needed during onboarding.
